A community health assessment is a process by which community members gain an understanding of the health and concerns of the community by identifying, collecting, analyzing, and disseminating information on community assets, strengths, resources, and needs. The information collected will provide a basis for discussion and action thereby improving the lives of our residents.
Henry County residents are encouraged to participate in the 2010 online Community Health Assessment Survey. Please complete the survey only once. The survey is completely confidential.
